The Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) Ltd. is requesting firm proposals from interested parties and potential partners to repair and maintain three of its storage tanks facilities and bring them back to operational status while maintaining their long-term viability and safety. The storage tanks include the following:
Scope Of Work
- The work includes but is not limited to the following: detailed inspection and assessment of the tanks, procurement and supply of all bulk materials and equipment, surface preparation, repair and maintenance, coating application and quality assurance to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- On behalf of Tema Oil Refinery, the possible partner will pre-fund the project and recommend the project financing form for the work and repayment schedule.
- The procurement process will adhere to the Public Procurement Act (Act 663) as amended and TOR’s procurement policy, conducted through national competitive tendering using the RFP method.
- Proposals must be delivered to the address below no later than 11:00hrs GMT on June 25, 2024. Electronic proposals ARE NOT ALLOWED. Proposals sent after the
deadline will be rejected. The outer envelope should be labeled “ORIGINAL PROPOSAL”, with the inner envelope marked “TECHNICAL PART” and “FINANCIAL PART” respectively.
