We are pleased to welcome the governing body of TOR Ltd., appointed by the shareholder, to help the refinery achieve its strategic vision of revitalizing its operations.
The Board, chaired by Hon. Nayon Bilijo, comprises nine members with varied expertise and backgrounds. The members consist of Mr. Edmond Kombat Esq., Mr. Thomas Martey Laari, Mr. Robert Kempes Ofosuhene and Hon. Mohammed Issah Bataglia. The remining individuals are Mr. Mugabe Saifu Maase, Hon. Dr. Sebastin N. Sandaare, Mr. Egbert Bruce, Osabarima Kyei Osafo Kantanka, and Mr. Ben Nunoo Mensah.
Their diverse experience, coupled with the strategic vision to revamp operations, will be invaluable as the refinery gears up to execute its core business.
Along with the Ag. Managing Director Mr. Edmond Kombat, and the Ag. DMD, Alhaji Mustapha B. Abubakar, we look forward to working together to take TOR Ltd. to new heights.
