The Projects department is responsible for the planning, scoping, and execution of all capital projects in the refinery. The department assesses the needs of the refinery in the context of executive management’s medium to long-term plans and identifies the necessary projects and infrastructure required to achieve those aims. The department then begins the process of putting together the resources required to execute the projects. It then oversees the project from inception till commissioning.
